Contact Dr. Hoerger if you need the password. The links will take you to full versions of the video, and you can click on specific chapters as desired. There are three versions of the video:

	General Audience - Best for most people. Easy to follow. No jargon. No complex statistics.
	Intermediate Version - Includes some medical terminology and statistics.
	Advanced Version - Very complex and technical. Good for people who like statistics, sources, and medical terms.
